Shattered Glass Advisory was founded by Kristine Frost, a former public-company CHRO, legal counsel, board director, and global executive with more than 25 years of experience operating inside complex organizations.
Her career has spanned the plant floor to the boardroom, including organizational transformation, M&A, restructuring, executive leadership, governance, talent, compensation, labor environments, and the difficult people and business decisions that accompany significant change.
That breadth of experience shapes the way Shattered Glass approaches advisory work.
We look beyond the question being asked to understand the organizational dynamics surrounding it, the consequences of the decision, and whether what looks right in the boardroom will actually work inside the business.
The objective isn’t to add another voice to the room. It’s to help leaders see the situation more clearly, ask better questions, and make better decisions.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Kristine Frost
Kristine is a senior executive with decades of leadership experience in male-dominated industries. She began her career at the entry level and advanced through increasingly senior roles, shattering glass ceilings along the way; often as the only woman in the room and, at times, among the first to operate at enterprise scale. She now helps leaders and organizations break barriers and amplify influence where decisions are made.
